Batanes: Radar Tukon

The old U.S. radar station in Tukon used to have a dish. But Philip, our Ivatan guide, claims it was inevitably torn down by the relentless winds.I  totally believe that. Now a PAGASA weather station, it lies around 3 km from Basco.
