It's never easy to see old friends go. Had a despedida for Alex, my art director from way, way back, Monday night.A nother friend leaving for greener pastures. Tsk, tsk. Makes me wonder if it's worth staying in a country continually rocked by crab mentality, political scandals, indifference. Make no mistake about it, I believe the Philippines is a very beautiful, very rich country impoverished by corruption and indifference.
