Good vibes

Ferdz tagged me so here's what's spinning on my iPod lately:
Coffee & Bossa, the chillout sound of Astrud Gilberto
Here & now, Kaskade
Chillout Project House Session 2
Behind the Sun, Chicane
Walking in your footsteps, Kevyn Lettau
Nature boy, Aaron Neville
Brother sister, Brand New Heavies
Adapt or die: remixes, EBTG
Marvin Gaye Greatest hits
Matt Bianco, the very first album
Manhattan Transfer, brasil
Manhattan Transfer, Mecca for moderns
Narada Sampler 2

An interesting medley of the old and somewhat new. Sabi sa'yo Ferdz, my selection will somehow reveal my age, hehehe. Am still thinking of whom to tag next. Paging Tolits and Bongsky!

hi leah! hahaha. kinda gives you an idea of my age, hehehe. yep, i grew up on soul music, among other genres, especially 70s & 80s music but i listen to a wide range of music from glen miller, blues to vocal harmony groups.

mukhang bagay sa atin ang nature boy ;)

bro iskoo! yeah, i agree, bagay na bagay ung nature boy. it's a great version by aaron neville who's one of my all-time favorite male vocalists.

bro ferdz! ok ba? eclectic lang kasi ang exposure ko sa tugtog. i used to have a huge collection (over a thousand titles in cassette tapes) before. with the prevalence of mp3s, my collection of a few hundred cds are thankfully archived in my iPod. :-D

bro sid! yung flying away visual conveys how music can take you on a musical high (naks!)

I love Chicane!

Did you get to catch their performance here?

Nice pic, btw. What is it? Some sort of wind device? Sorry...mejo slow ako today.

ei loyva! nice to hear from you again. nope, wasn't able to go the chicane concert. but i love chicane's music. if you have the chance, grab a copy of his first album - behind the sun. galing!
yung nasa pic, lamppost yan ng baywalk. i took an angle and cropping that made it resemble a seagull in flight, naks!

ei bro cruise! yung iba dyan, medyo vintage na but they're big favorites. but do try to download them and see if they're up to your musical liking, hahaha.
