I've almost always traveled out of town during the Christmas-New Year interim but this year will be different. I'll be working behind-the-scenes as the Makati New Year Countdown returns with a bang. So if you're staying in town for the holidays, save your fireworks money and check out the Magical, Musical Makati New Year Countdown 2012 • Program starts at around 5:30pm • Ayala corner Makati Avenue • with live performances by Antimano, Bloom Brothers, Silk, The Company, and The Dawn • Admission is free
