It's a slow day at the store. But there's texting to while away the hours. Yup, there's Globe and Smart service in most parts of Batanes alright (got me surprised too). But isn't the province supposed to be a place where you can leave most of civilization, cellphones, gadgets, and what-have-you's, behind?
