As a very apolitical person, I'm surprising myself in writing about politics in today's post.
I must admit I'm very dismayed about the sad state of our country. the political circus has grown to be very, very tiring. I'm no political expert but it's pretty obvious that there's no one to gain more from this unending circus but the politicians and their cohorts -- the same set of people who have U.S. visas and double citizenships with no qualms about fleeing should the country's troubles take a turn for the worse.

Our country's like this snaky, twisting road seemingly leading nowhere. While I've dedicated my blog to promoting this beautiful country to tourists, how can we ask people to visit us when there's so much uncertainty, when even i feel the compulsion to try my luck elsewhere?
