Manila Bay - In a sepia frame of mind

It may be reflective of my state of mind the past weeks or so. It could be the weather. It could be a thousand different things running through my head. But I admit, my predilection of sepia for my captures can be attributed to what's going on in my life. Reading through some of my blog & flickr friends' posts, I empathize with the feeling of out-living one's job. Don't get me wrong, I consider myself lucky for even having a job. But I guess, there are times when your mind wanders and you wonder whether there's a life beyond this one. Perhaps, it's time to put the sails out to see where the wind blows. In a few months, with God's divine assistance, we'll see...

It seems that everybody is down nowadays... (Rainy season?)

So I will also give you a quote! ;-)

Keep your face to the sunshine and you cannot see the shadow. It's what sunflowers do.
