Our timing for visiting Camiguin couldn't be more right. We caught the tailend of the buahan (lansones) festival. Speaking with Camiguin friends, I learned that the harvest this year isn't as bountiful. But it's no reason not to celebrate with friends. Truth to tell, the Camigueños are as sweet as their lansones. If I had a share of good fortune, I wouldn't mind making it my second home. My stay is sweeter this time around as I'm really more at home and relaxed, eager to talk with friends I made last year. Don't know when I'll come back but I hope I can visit again soon.

Camiguin V.2 - Savoring the sweetness
Our timing for visiting Camiguin couldn't be more right. We caught the tailend of the buahan (lansones) festival.
