There are plans to relocate the people along the Pasig river. This is a good thing. Their living conditions are really bad and they also pollute the river.
sid, i think that's putting it mildly. their living conditions are unspeakable, not to mention that human wastes are one of the worst polluters.

Mainit ang panahon. Maputik man ang tubig, pampalamig pa rin. Kuha sa kahabaan ng Pasig River habang nakasakay sa Pasig Ferry.
