Ain't the first time i spent new year's day in another town but this last one, I spent just chilling out for the day (make it almost two days in a row). Really wanted to extend my stay in Biliran for the 31st but the locals warned me I may not get transport out of the province to catch my flight on the afternoon of new year's day. So against my will, I went back to Tacloban a day earlier, with no plans whatsoever. Attempted to go around even just to the hill overlooking the city but with the thick crowds getting all amped for the new year's day celebration, just decided to walk around and observe.F ound this church of Sto. Niño in the fading sun and took a snap just for the heck of it. with no tripod, just went inside to offer candles and prayers instead. Just another day, another town for a Lagalog.

New year, new town
