Lenten reflection

"Maybe redemption has stories to tell
Maybe forgiveness is right where you fell
Where can you run to escape from yourself?
Where you gonna go?
Salvation is here."

Dare You to Move, Switchfoot;
Music & lyrics by Jonathan Foreman, 2000

thanks arlene. there are bars on which one can ascend the top and the sides of the cross. it's a bit of a climb and not for those with fear of heights :-D

thank you very much for your encouraging words as well. i hope the photos do inspire you to move :-) as switchfoot sings.

It must be lonely at the top. I'm sure it'll definitely bring a reflective mood.

Impressive shot... I don't think I would have the guts to climb that cross...
Very beautiful scenery with the sunset in the background.

You start early! Lucky you!
Enjoy your vacation !
