Karst sunset along Halong

Funny how you can be reminded of home when you're in another country. The karsts of Halong are beautiful in their own way though they remind us of Coron.I n any case, here's another scenery to share while biding my time, waiting for the chance to upload and process my Vietnam images.

ei dom, it's around 5.45pm. this is as decent a sunset shot as i can get :-) we were on a gazebo on top of one of the karsts which is why we were able to get this vantage point

the effects are amazing. you must be on top of a hill to shoot this.

oman, we were on top of a karst with a gazebo so we were able to get this vantage point.

dom, it was hard to get a decent sunset shot with the sun in it so decided to get into the details instead, seeing the layers of mountains in the fading afternoon sun.

millie, i agree. i'm really big on sunsets. abangan mo yung kuha ko kay ferdz na sunset, hahaha.

bai allan, daghan salamat. hope to post a bit more before i leave for the weekend.

This photo looks like a dream to me. Fantastic colors :)

i thought so, too, ellen. the lighting was still a bit harsh as the sun was setting along a bank of clouds so i looked for another subject and found this. glad you liked it :-) it's also my personal favorite

Wow Mr lagalog! It looks like a chinese painting. Ganda ng effect ng gradient and pleasing to the eyes yung warm color. Looking for more.
