A nice Holy Monday

Had a great workout during lunchbreak. Why did I say great? My legs were sore many hours after. Something I haven't really felt in a long, long time.

Finished a bit late at a client's meeting but was able to catch up with the group for Boyet's despedida at Fat Michael's. As expected, the food was great. The chicken kebab, salpicao, and the chocolate cake for dessert. Buti na lang, nagworkout ako earlier.

My revamped leg workout:
• Squats, 3 sets of 3 variations (narrow, regular, wide), 10-10-10
• Lying leg curls, 3 straight sets, ascending weight, 12x, 10x, 8x
• Unilateral leg presses, 3 straight sets, ascending weight, 12x, 10x, 8x
• Standing leg curls, 3 straight sets, ascending weight, 12x, 10x, 8x
• Adductor-abduction supersets, 3 drop sets, descending weight, 10-10-10
