Lagalog flies south

Lagalog is on a flying mode and is taking a long weekend breather from this space for an assignment down south. Here's something to share for the time being, taken during my ocular for a friend's wedding with an ultrawide lens (no time to change to a macro) so you can imagine how close i am to this butterfly (or how close the butterfly is).

is the butterfly hovering on a window glass? i could see a portion of your reflection. anyways, it was nicely spotted. i totally dig you on changing lens every now and then. it also happened to me when I was in Coron, minsan makakakita ka ng magandang spot or idea for a shot only to find out na mali yung lenteng nakakabit (or at least hindi appropriate sa shot na naiisip mo) but there's no time to change so you have to do it with what you have. anyway, best of luck on your travel down south.

rayts, believe it or not, the butterfly posed on the glass (hence, my big reflection :-D) just long enough for me to take a picture. talk about being in the right place with the wrong lens and settings, hahaha. but a photographer's gotta do what he's gotta do. thanks for dropping by. will be out just until monday but will be back with fresh takes. have a good weekend! :-D
