Biliran: Nightshooting in Naval

The clear, star-filled skies and really good weather while I was in Biliran made me stay up on my last night on the island and brave the pestering mosquitoes, just long enough to get in a shot or two of the night sky.I  know I should've shot at ISO 200 or lower but these darn mosquitoes were hounding me like crazy.T his one's shot at the mini-jetty at Marvin's Inn in Naval.T aken at ISO600, f4, 4 minutes.

Happy New Year Oggie. What are those white things on the night sky?

oman, a blessed new year to you!

those are star trails which shows the earth's movement. long exposure shot kaya blurred yung boat (it moves with the tides). the image took around 4 minutes, with the aperture fully open at f4, a bit noisy though since i boosed the iso to 600.
